BRIAN CAMPBELL

Owner, Chief Executive Officer

Under the direction and creative vision of Brian, Cedar Knoll Builders has matured from a dream sketched out on paper to a second-generation company now over 30 years in the running. "Cedar Knoll Builders is here to serve you with fabulous designs suited for today lifestyles. Our management team alone has over 100 combined years at Cedar Knoll. We have the desire, experience, and skills to best serve your needs. I am proud of our team here at Cedar Knoll and fully confident that you will be well served!"

Out of the office, Brian is a devoted husband and father to seven children. He enjoys spending time with his family working outdoors on the family farm, coaching his kids on and off the field and investing time in his local community.

CRAIG MARTIN

Chief Operating Officer

The Chief Operating Officer role at Cedar Knoll involves wearing many different hats, but Craig Martin wears them all well. Craig's role consists of budgeting and overseeing the daily operations that keep Cedar Knoll functioning like a well-oiled machine.

"As Chief Operating Officer, I enjoy getting to work alongside a great team that pulls together in order to design, build and deliver dream homes for our customers. Homes that not only last a lifetime but also exceed customer expectations."

Away from work, Craig enjoys spending time with his family, enjoying the outdoors, farming his land and cheering for our Philadelphia Flyers and Eagles sports teams.

SUE WHARTON

Adminstrative Assistant

Sue is the first of many smiling faces you will meet at Cedar Knoll Builders. She wears many hats around the office but always is a positive light and joy to be around. From getting building permits prepared to making a perfect cup of coffee she strives to go the extra mile to ensure Cedar Knoll Builders Customers are more than satisfied. "For me it's about the journey and piecing together the many details that help bring a families dream home to reality."

Born and raised in Philadelphia, PA she relocated to Chester County 16 ago, and has never looked back. Her greatest joys in life include her husband and best friend, three great kids and five wonderful grandchildren. For fun, Sue enjoys working out at the gym, biking and warm summers around the pool swimming with friends and family.

REGINA HARNISH

Adminstrative Assistant

With a huge heart for service, the role of Administrative Assistant is a natural fit for Regina. Joining the company in 2003, her bubbly personality and unfailing dedication filter throughout the whole company. Celebrating over ten years of service to Cedar Knoll Builders and Beiler-Campbell Realty, where she serves as Brian Campbell's right hand, both could not be more pleased with her work and presence. "I love not doing the same thing every day, there's never a dull moment at work."

Born and raised in Chester County, Pennsylvania Regina has a passion for missions, having ventured to Grenada, Haiti, Thailand, Ireland, and Nicaragua to name a few. Apart from her work and missions, she enjoys cooking up something delicious, spending time with her 9 nieces and nephews, working on her family's pig farm and spending time outdoors.

RANDY MILLER

Purchasing Manager

There has never been a more pleasant person to work with than Randy Miller. A team player and a self-less giver, Randy is always ready to lend a helping hand. For over sixteen years, Randy has served as Purchasing Manager to Cedar Knoll. His role consists of creating purchase orders for our custom, community and commercial divisions. This entails ordering everything and anything from exterior siding, kitchen cabinets right down to the number of outlets you've selected in every room. He's also the guy who works very closely with our trades and partners ensuring that our customers get the best price and finest quality materials found in today's market.

When Randy is not putting together purchase orders for our every project, he is home spending time with his wife and two kids.

MICHAEL SCHULZ

Estimator

With 22 years of prior experience in the building industry, Cedar Knoll is glad to have Mike Schulz on our team. With strong product knowledge of key components used in the construction of our homes, Mike is a huge asset to the team. As Estimator, he is responsible for keeping Cedar Knoll's budget costs effective while working directly with our suppliers. Never an easy job, Mike works hard to insure Cedar Knoll and our customers receive the best-priced package deal for materials while not sacrificing on quality.

When Mike's not punching numbers and crunching costs he enjoys watching his kids sporting events, vacationing with his family and hunting.

DANA MELRATH

Bookkeeper & Payroll Manager

Dana Melrath is a behind the scenes kinda gal but a favorite in the office. Those who know Dana, know she is never without a bright smile and always an encouraging spirit. For the past twenty-two years, Dana has kept Cedar Knoll operating like a well-oiled machine, helping us build relationships with our trades and develop new customer relations by managing accounts payable and receivable.

An extremely talented woman, Dana enjoys interior decorating and design, preparing good food, horseback riding with her mom and friends and spending time with family.

AMY JACOBSEN

Senior Designer

From a napkin sketch to walking thru the actual finished home is what keeps Amy's passion for design on fire.

"It is so rewarding to listen to a customer and incorporate their dreams and ideas into a plan, then fulfillment when they absolutely love their new home!"

As our in-house Senior Designer for 19 years, she has learned to value engineer and keep up on market trends. While designing custom and community homes, and also commercial fit-outs, she is always working with clients and the CKB team to get the job done.

Her family's happiness is most important to Amy. She keeps busy by volunteering in the community and school activities She enjoys watching her son's sporting events or her daughter dancing. Her down time is spent napping, reading, or shopping.

BARBARA BERKOWICH

Design Coordinator

Barb's story began when she was very little. Her mom said she had a profound love of color and design even as a toddler. She would separate her M &M candies by color before eating them, line her perfume bottles on her dresser, and often be caught looking at her mom's Southern living Magazine and drooling over the "pretty rooms"!

A trendspotter with an eye for what's hot and what's not, Barb is always on the cutting edge of the next big thing. With an extensive experience in decorating, a degree in Interior Design, coupled with her love of working with people, it's only natural that she is our Design Center Coordinator. From big decisions to flooring, to the very small ones like door knobs, Barb walks clients through their selections and shares her visionary perspective in a way that keeps them in step with what's coming next, while creating the home that is perfect for their lifestyle.

When Barb is not at work, you might find her on a soccer field watching her son, or cheering her daughter at a gymnastics competition. She also enjoys eating out, teaching Sunday School, and scouring the shelves of stores like Home Goods or Consignment stores...looking for that "perfect piece". In her quiet times, she enjoys a cup of coffee and looking through piles of decorating magazines.

DENISE FLUEHR

Customer Service Representative

The lovely lady, "D", joined the Cedar Knoll team as Customer Service Representative to Chip Kepler, Customer Service Manager. With 20+ years experience in customer relations and service, she is eager and ready to help new and past homeowners with their home warranty benefits.

"Cedar Knoll Builders strives to create a home that is not only sustainable for today but for the future as well. That is why we pride ourselves on over 100+ combined years experience in homebuilding knowledge and expertise. We know that purchasing a home is a huge heart and financial decision - that is why we strongly believe in walking with you every step of the way. From applying for permits to the drawing board to your one-year walk through, it is an exciting journey. We love our customers and getting to share this once in a lifetime experience with them. That is why we do what we do and love what we do."

When Denise is not behind the desk, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Ron and visiting family in Philadelphia, dogs in tow. She also enjoys riding through the beautiful countryside of Southern Chester County Pennsylvania. Cedar Knoll Builders is lucky to have Denise on the team and we think our customers will share the feeling!

CHIP KEPLER

Customer Service Manager

Over twenty-five years of experience and knowledge in the construction industry make Chip Kepler, Customer Service Manager irreplaceable. Chip's ability to work well with people, his attention to detail and his excellent history with our customers are a few of the reasons why many have chosen to build with us not only their first but also their second home!

"I like making people happy and helping solve our customers problems. Oftentimes, I'll get a phone call where you can just hear the stress and concern over the phone and after a few minutes I can literally hear the deep sigh of relief move through their lungs. That's the good part about my job. I also love to exceed customer's expectations. When someone calls me from a 15+ year old home asking where to find something as simple as a stair spindle, being able to provide a solution that exceeds their expectations is what it's all about."

An avid hunter and sportsmen, outside of work you can find Chip either in the woods hunting, working on his family's farm, at the local gun club with friends and family, and spending time with his lovely wife and three sons.

RAY MCKENNA

Commercial Project Manager

Ray McKenna serves as Project Manager for Cedar Knoll's Commercial Division and Honeycroft Village. Ray's incredible eye for detail, expert building knowledge in the construction industry, and infectious enthusiasm on the job has earned him a reputation unlike any in the field.

"The most satisfying part of the job? When we do our job correctly, I love knowing that someone's child will always have a place to call home and also that special place they will remember when growing up. We are artists starting with a blank slate and in the end delivering somebody's dream."

Away from the job site, Ray enjoys spending time with his wife and three kids, coaching baseball and soccer and restoring local Chester County homes in the area.

DAVE HIBBARD

Custom Home Manager

Dave Hibbard serves as Site Supervisor to the Wheatland Farms Community and the Custom Homes Division. Dave has been with Cedar Knoll for more than twenty years, supervising in the construction of some of the finest Custom and Community homes known to Chester County. Dave is an all-around great guy to work with. His background in Art and Architecture, unmatched knowledge of Building, attention to detail, and 20+ years of experience in the field make him irreplaceable in the home building industry.

"What keeps me doing what I do? It's building families' dreams. It means a great deal to me to build a family's home; after all it's not just a box...it's the bigger picture. It's the family that makes a house a home. I love getting to share with families in the journey of building their new dream home. Down the road, I occasionally run into customers that I've worked with in the past, either at my kid's sports games or while running errands, and again I get to share in the relationship with that family. I find great joy in these small but impactful moments."

Not only do Dave's passions and talents lie in building, he is also a musician. As a way to unwind from a busy day's work, Dave enjoys playing his guitar most evenings. A devoted family man, he also enjoys spending time with his wife & family, coaching their two sons in baseball and hockey, and with an occasional fishing/camping weekend or two.

CAMERON MAYBERRY

Site Supervisor

Cameron serves as Site Supervisor to Cooper Farm, Great Rock in Quarryville and other small communities located in the area. As Site Supervisor, Cameron's role consists of facilitating and managing the construction of new homes from breaking ground to final walk-thru. "Not only do I love to be a part of creating someone's dream home but I love being able to take pride in the finished product when the job is done."

"I want to express our appreciation for all the help Cameron has provided us. First off, he oversaw the whole construction of our house in our absence since it was not possible for us to travel from the Houston area during construction. We were quite happy with the results of his efforts. Secondly since moving in Cameron has provided numerous tips on the house construction that have helped us toward making final adjustments." - Chet and Donna Stroh

Cameron lives near Fair Hill, Maryland. Off the job he spends time coaching basketball at the local YMCA, helping kids reach their potential not only in sports but also in life. During the warmer months he also enjoys hunting, fishing and spending time outdoors.

STEVE MORONEY

Site Assistant

We couldn't be more pleased with Steve Moroney as Site Assistant to Cedar Knoll. Steve's bright attitude and willing helpfulness in and around the many job sites make him a huge asset to the team. Coming from years of experience in the plumbing and heating industry, Steve knows his way around a home. From pouring concrete to drywall to final walk-thru, the practice of building a home is a very detailed process, needless to say we feel lucky to have Steve on the job as Field Foreman, facilitating the building of homes in a timely fashion, with the upmost quality, and exceptional customer care. A true Renaissance man, off the job, Steve enjoys hiking, hunting and quality time spent with his wife and two sons.

ERNIE PARRY

Hardscape Installer and In-House Landscaper

With a sharp eye for detail and a strong work ethic, Ernie Parry can provide the finishing touch to every Cedar Knoll home; after all, a person's perspective of a home starts with its curb appeal and how the landscaping looks. We strongly believe in quality from the inside out of every home.

What do I love most about my job asks Ernie? "I enjoy getting to create beautiful spaces for people to enjoy outdoors. From designing custom patios, to installing summer fire pits, to creative garden beds, I get to do it all. The best part though is that come the end of the day, I get to say I created something truly beautiful and something that brings joy to others. That's what it is all about."

When asked, outside of work, Ernie enjoys working on the farm in Homeville Pennsylvania, spending time with his son, and trips to the beach.
