7. Closing:
- Please confirm your closing date and location with Cedar Knoll Builders the day prior to closing.
- Cedar Knoll Builders and/or a representative, your lender, and attorney or real estate agent will meet you for closing.
- Please bring insurance policy for your new home and receipt of payment for the first year’s coverage.
- Please bring certified check made payable for the final payments and closing costs for your new home.
8. Warranty:
As part of the purchase of your Cedar Knoll Builders LifeTimeTM Home you will be provided with an industry leading comprehensive warranty that will be implemented by our Customer Service Department.
The Homeowners' Warranty will include:
- 30-day Review
- Our goal is your complete satisfaction. After 30 days, any items found in your home that need attention will be addressed. Simply contact our Customer Service Department to schedule an appointment.
- 11-month Review
- If during the first year of ownership any additional concerns arise, contact our Customer Service Department to schedule an appointment.
