With all the horror stories we heard about building a home we are very happy with how well we were treated by you and your staff. We enjoyed working with Rob to finalize the plans and nail down the details. His sincerity and honesty were very reassuring. Chip was very helpful throughout the project and took the time every step of the way to make sure that quality was top notch.

The contractors continually commented how they loved coming to Cedar Knoll properties because they are always so neat and everything is always square, etc. Needless to say, during the walk through, we couldn't find anything wrong except for a scuff here and there.

Again, we just want to say thank you for helping us make our dream home a reality. We can't imagine we'll ever tire of our beautiful new home, but if we do we'll be sure to call Cedar Knoll to build our next one!

Please extend our thanks to Dave, Chip and Robert for their tremendous last minute effort to finish the house on time. We realize circumstances out of your control led to the delay and our house not being quite finished. We closed anyway, confident in Cedar Knoll and it's promise to finish the unfinished. We have been in our home for three months now and our satisfaction grows with every passing day. The quality of the workmanship is evidenced each time we have friends to the house. The comments are always positive and very complementary.

I feel the need to personally write to you and let you know of our wonderful experience with your company. We are very happy in our beautiful new home.

When we thought of building a new home, all we heard were horror stories from people. But that has been the exact opposite of we have experienced with Beiler-Campbell and Cedar Knoll.

From Ed Pirrung, who was our initial liaison for Stonegate, to Chip Kepler who has all but done back flips to make us happy here: it has been a terrific experience!

A little more about Chip, he is a very hard worker and extremely conscientious about doing his job well, correctly and in a more than satisfactory and timely fashion.

I would also like to complement Rick, who has personally stopped by quite a few times to see how we are doing and if we are satisfied with everything. He takes time to answer any questions that we might have.

Chip and Rick are certainly employees worth their weight in gold! As a matter of fact I have yet to come in contact with one person who works for you that is unprofessional or unpleasant.

You are running a great team and I would be happy to recommend you as builders to anyone!

Although we have never had the pleasure of meeting you personally, we feel we do know what you and your organization stand for based on the dealings we have had with the amazing individuals representing your company.

Having a home built was never on our list of things to do...however, circumstances prevailed and we took the plunge. Not knowing what we were in for but recognizing that this would not be without some sort of stress...we could not believe how truly pleasant this experience has been. We believe it is due to the "customer oriented" attitudes of your staff and their motivation to please that made this a good experience for us.

Particular kudos to Ray McKenna (he is a gem) for his consummate knowledge of home building and his ability to answer our questions in terms that we could understand and above all his constant support and total professionalism.

Ed Pirrung's experience in general was a plus for us as well. The options available were mind-boggling and Ed helped us to maximize our choices within our budget. We also benefited at the planning meeting with Rob. His suggestions were invaluable.

And finally, Customer Service, Wow! Chip Kepler and Rob Eick went to great lengths to assure we are comfortable with the services they perform.

We love our home, our surroundings and want to say "Thank You" to all that made this possible.

Pam, Ashley, Emily and I would like to take this opportunity to thank you and your staff for the excellent job that you did in the construction of our new home. We were very impressed with the professional nature of your employees at every phase of the process. When we began our search for a new home, we were lucky to secure Linda Chew as our real estate agent. She showed great patience with us as we finalized our decision to build a home, in finding a building lot that we wanted, and in finalizing the financial arrangements. Linda was a great help throughout all phases of our building experience.

Rob Wishneski was the Project Manager for our construction. Rob also showed great patience in helping us to design the house that we wanted, and in answering that many questions that we had along the way. Our site manager, Rick Booth, as always willing to explain the construction process to us, and he did a great job taking care of all the last minute details and repairs so that our house was completed on schedule. Since the completion of our home, both Rick and Chip have taken the time to make any small repairs that we have requested. These repairs have been very minor because of the fine initial quality of the workmanship.
