From U.S. Route 1 Bypass: Take Route 10 exit in Oxford. South on Route 10 to left on Mount Pleasant Road (2.3 M). Left on Cooper Lane into Cooper Farm.

From Maryland: Route 272 North. Straight on Barnsley Road in PA (at Jim's Market). Immediate right onto Media Road. Left on Mt. Pleasant Road (1 M). Right on Waterway Road (1.6 M). Cooper Farm is on the Left.

From Delaware: Route 472 North into PA. Left on Fifth Street. Right on Waterway Road (1 M). Cooper Farm on the right.

In Oxford from the intersection of Rtes 10 & 472, go South on Third Street approximately 1 mile. Left onto Waterway Road, go approximately ¼ mile to the development of Cooper Farm.
